P.E. Class this week, December 3 to December 7, 2012

Sixth
This week we will continue strengthening exercises for eye-hand coordination, through the use of the racket and tennis ball.

Seventh – Eight
This week the students will reinforce their physical capacity with exercises using their own weight, and at the same time controlling their effort by means of heart rate.

Ninth – Eleventh
This week the students are going to work in exercises to develop different muscular planes and controlled his effort through heart rate. At the end of the exercises we will determine in which area of physical development their located.
