P.E.
Class this week, April 8 to Aril 12, 2013
I would like to remind
the students dressed in an appropriate way for the days that
you have P.E. class:
- No dresses
for the girls
- No jeans
- No crocks
- No sandals
- No boots
Children who are not wearing the appropriate clothing
will not be allowed to participate in
P.E. class.
P.E. CLASS THIS WEEK
The
season is getting hotter! It is recommended for the students to wear sunblock
and always have their water bottle with them.
Seventh
and
Eight Grade
This week we will continue working with flexibility
and elasticity activities, and we will run different speed and obstacle races
to develop agility and endurance.
Ninth to Eleventh Grade
This week we will continue developing physical
abilities such as, flexibility, speed, endurance and strength. At same time we
will do body measurements, to determine the weight of the muscles bones and
fat. That way each student will know the current state of their body.
