P.E. CLASS
March 31 to April 4, 2014
“Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy
mother when she is old.”
As always reminding you that for P.E. class:
We need all students to wear proper clothing for the class.
· Sneakers, long
shorts (boys and girls) or sweat pants, and t-shirt (without cleavage) or
jerseys.
- No dresses for the girls
- No jeans
- No crocs
- No sandals
- No boots or shoes
(Please, mom & dad collaborate with
us by sending a proper sunscreen or sun block with your son or
daughter to avoid any skin rash, and please include a
mosquito repellent as well.)
9th – 11th grade, we
will be working on our abs muscles, as these are a fundamental for a good
performance in sprint running and in almost every single track & field
discipline. In addition we will have some relay run drills.
6th to 8th grade, we will
be working in physical conditioning, this is still our priority, emphasizing
more in the abs muscles, as this is one of the key parts our body that needs to
be developed to outperform in almost every single discipline of track & field .
